"The area was safe, in a nice neighborhood, plenty of spots to eat within walking distance and close to many nice shopping areas. The hotel itself was very nice and cost efficient. The staff were extremely friendly and the restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Colombia. That is for sure"

"I arrived early in the morning after an overnight bus ride from Manizales, and despite the usual check-in time being 3:00 PM, they allowed me to check in early so I could rest after not sleeping well during the trip.
