"I stayed at this hotel during my business trip for one night. At my arrival the check in was super quick by very professional staff. The room was very nice, clean and spacious, furniture very stylish and modern making you feel like in 5* hotel. Bathroom was nice and good to with basic supplies provided. "Every thing was ideal for a pension style stay. Rooms large, bathroom was en suite and the shower was great. Meals superb, and the hosts were most helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 days there."

"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . "Um das Hotel eine einzige Großbaustelle. Die Rezeption ließ uns eine Viertelstunde warten und plauderte so lange lieber mit Freunden draußen. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Selbst leise Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern sind gut zu verstehen. Dafür laufen slowakische Schlager in mittlerer Erdbebenlautstärke von 8 Uhr bis 22 Uhr im Restaurant. "The checkin itself was an enjoyable experience. :) Unique and cosy historical room, modern bathroom. Breakfast was plenty and really huge selection. Staff was wearing traditional costume. And the Fittness Center: Awesome! We were two of us only for 90 mins. Saunas, jacuzzi, relax, citrus flavoured water. Be there in time, as the reception closes at 8pm. Breakfast was started to be served at exactly 8am."
