"The 3 pools onsite at the Pelican are small but nice. The restaurant at the pool was convenient and delicious. The staff is very nice and helpful. You have to take the free ferry (or shuttle) to Taino Beach and this is where you find the fun slide, and swim up cave bar that you see in some of the pictures. We really enjoyed this pool. Would def recommend, especially for a family of five bc the room was big enough and they brought a cot for small fee. "

"All Staff very friendly and helpful, food good, Restaurants better, many activities all day and live shows at night. STAY HERE, Freeport not in very good shape after many years of Government neglect. Best deal on Island, clean beaches, guests were friendly no matter where they were from and KID friendly as well. I have been to Freeport scuba diving since 1973, reefs in bad shape but many fish and turtles to see. I rate this as a RESORT not just hotel and at least 3.9 star by U S standards but rememberTHIS IS A 3rd world Island, not U S. Ya want 5 star living, don’t come here, ya want best Freeport offers BOOK FROM April to September and stay here, all inclusive "

"Family of 5 had a wonderful vacation on Pelican Point. The house is well equipped and Danny the caretaker is readily available for any additional needs. As advertised this location is a bit off the beaten path and is perfect for a quality family vacation away from the hustle of everyday life!! Weather was perfect, no issues with bugs, and caught some fish!! "

"Family of all ages had the most wonderful time. Huge house with everything you could need. What’s best: the location. Start and end your day on the ocean view porch. Take a walk up and down the beach. Go from private beach walk, up to the Banana Bay restaurant…eat, drink, swim, relax. Dave and Yvounger are the best hosts we have ever dealt with. Communication was prompt and overly helpful with getting us prepared for our stay. Yvounger met us at the car rental and brought us back to the house…what an amazing welcome! Thanks so much Dave and Yvounger, this vacation checked everything off our list!"

"This place was beautiful and peaceful and absolutly perfect! The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Nice 20 min walk on the beach to the lucaya market and the host was very helpful with anything we needed! Was worth the extra to pay to have the hottub heated for the nights and mornings. Would 💯 stay here again! "
