I paid $236/night for a dark Victorian age room. Corner lamp and bedside lamp were not working. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock from inside. Carpet and sofas needed to be replaced years ago. Called front desk and they said they will send someone to fix lamps and the door. Waited for 30 minutes and then I told them they could fix them later, as I was traveling with kids and we needed to sleep early so that we would start next day’s journey in the early morning. Breakfast was very good. But next time I will pick a cheaper room elsewhere and will spend $60-70 for a good breakfast at Tims. Staff were kind and respectful. All blame on the management for not providing the service for the price they charge you.

Pleasant hotel with very welcoming staff. Very nice breakfast spread, even though food was a tad on the colder side when served. Very comfortable room, but quite a bit of walking involved and the elevator is rather slow.
