Take the peaceful lakeside escape you've been craving at this 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation rental in Higganum, CT! 2 hours from Boston and New York and close to Yale, Hartford and the Long Island Sound. The home promises quality family time inside and out: spend the afternoon kayaking out on a private lake, host a barbecue on the deck, or have a fun-filled game night in the rec room with air hockey and theater seating. After a day of exploring the ski resorts or Yale University, unwind on the patio while you take in the panoramic views.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
