"We were very happy with our stay at Slams. Friendly staff, spotless rooms, good breakfast and a great and very useable swimming pool. We also dived with their dive centre, they have a large comfy boat and great boat crew, very happy with our guides, Jay and Jino and they offer very good rates. "Visiting family for Xmas and needed more room and comfort for 8. Terrific owner trying to bring big city level service to the province. Food was sadly too often cold and took forever or no longer available but everyone was doing their best. Very safe, secure with a large pool and room options to suit singles, couples and big groups like ours. "Nice resort on Malapascua. I had a room without an aircon, wasn't too bad if you open the window. Wi-fi was decent. Bathroom was pretty basic. It's centrally located so not a long walk to get to all areas of the island. I'd stay here again if other options aren't available."

"Warm greetings from the reception and owner. Rooms cleaned and refreashed every day. Has a fridge with cold beer for 100 pesos. Excellent. We ate at the restaurant every night as the food was great and breakfast plentiful and assortments. Staff was all were very friendly. The owers are always near by and make you feel welcome. We really enjoyed are stay! Thank you all at Blanco"

"Not at all like the pictures. Internet was awful. No fridge, bed was hard, one sheet, no blanket or comforter, coffee was instant, water was brackish, a lot of poverty, tried to put in awful room and shared bathroom, door fell off when I went to use it, paid for an ‘upgrade’ to have my own bathroom. Window in bathroom wouldn’t close. Go to one of the other hotels. "

"For my money, Blue Corals is the best value on Malapascua Island. The staff are amazing and even gave me a free upgrade to a room with a private balcony with a ocean view. The Mango Pancakes at breakfast Time are to die for, my one and only complaint is it seems the island shuts down around 8pm and their is nothing really to do."

"Great dive hotel on a lovely beach. Communication prior to stay was excellent, room was clean and comfortable and bar restaurant was awesome. Most importantly, they were brilliant to dive with - the first boat out in the morning and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we’re next in Malapascua"

"It’s on the beach, which is of course, great. Room is clean. Water is hot. Air is cold. Fan in room was broken. While the drinks are good there find another place to eat. Very disappointing. Dive resort personnel were rather rude and acted like you were bothering them when you asked a question. So needless to say I went somewhere else to dive. Overall the place isn’t bad, but next time I’ll definitely stay so where else. So many options. "

"My mother, my partner, and I booked this property for an 8 day stay. The property was more beautiful than the photos. The stay was clean and comfortable. My mother stayed in the first room while my partner and I enjoyed the second bedroom with a view of the backyard and ocean. Each room had a dedicated AC unit.
