"The guy that checks you in (if your female) will not talk to you. I asked him a question and he looked to my husband to answer the question. He was extremely rude and very sexist. The building has a lot of potential, however it is not in very good condition due to lack of upkeep. We told the man that was checking us in that we were extremely tired and just wanted to get settled into our room and go to sleep. he refused to give us our key, and deliberately took his time trying to explain the...

"非常西洋派的旅館，很適合要來藏王花很多天雪的人～～飯店人員也都是外國人（為了來滑雪打工換宿那種），氣氛很有趣！ 離看樹冰的纜車比較遠（約步行15分鐘），另外如果有大件行李，建議走溫泉街上去，旁邊的車道比較危險。最後，早餐好吃🙂"
