"They fixed the bathtub’s drain that wasn’t working properly without us even telling them, extreme attention to detail! The garden was very beautiful 😁 nice decoration to walk around. The lights on the trees gave it a very christmassy vibe and there were many nice places to take pictures. The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of choices and great quality. The staff were kind. The extra bed was quite uncomfortable though. There was no live tv. The internet speed was horrible and only exclusive to our room. Despite all that, we had a wonderful time here!"

"This is a lovely hotel and so beautiful. My family and I loved the decorations. The room had everything we needed. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant on the 6th floor and it was easily the most beautiful multi course meal I've had, maybe ever! When we checked out we had 2 hours until our train and they have a luggage room and were happy to watch our bags for an hour or so. We didn't try the onsen, I have large tattoos. The bathtub in the room is both deep and long, though. This hotel is by both the Sendai Station and mall with lots of eating and shopping opportunities. I definitely recommend this place to impress."

"The room for this APA hotel is smaller than the APA’s I stayed at. Though, the lobby and facility itself is very clean. Just wish the room was a bit bigger. "

"ホテルの立地が良く、部屋も綺麗に保たれていてとても良い。クリーニングしてくださるスタッフの対応もとても良い。残念なのはチェックインの際の時間がかかり、15時丁度からチェックインの手続きを始めるため、結局30分位部屋に入るまでかかってしまう。ぜひこの部分は改善してほしい。"
