"This ryokan was a top experience of our two-week trip in Japan. Such a charming and unique oasis and glimpse of traditional Japanese life. The rooms and facilities are even better than pictured. An onsen is included in the price, and you can go as often as you'd like. We highly recommend their nine-course meal that you can reserve (for an extra fee) up to two days prior to your stay. "Lovely stay, we were welcomed warmly and had a fantastic traditional tatami room which included Yukata, television and tea set. The shared bathroom was clean, and the area was close to lots of restaurants but was quiet during the night. The train station is not very close, but we walked it in about 30mins or there is a bus stop very close by."
