"Very tired hotel, with a motel feel. It had an impression of student accommodation from the 1950s bathroom was huge; tiled and echoing. Certainly not somewhere to stay for a romantic night away but good customer service, great views and very very tasty basic food. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. "

"Everything was positive about my stay. Best nights sleep ever, very welcoming, location was beautiful along with the wildlife on view. If you are prepared to drive a little out of the way from city centres I cannot recommend this place highly enough."

"We came to Flekkefjord and the Grand Hotell for a family reunion/funeral/life celebration from the USA. We had a private dinner event for 20 and everything went off without a hitch. It was a perfect several days relaxing and visiting with family. "

"We loved the quirkiness of the building and its furnishings. There are a few worrisome bulges in the floor, but the building is old. Our bed was basically two wood framed twin beds pushed together, so it wasn't too cozy. The staff were super friendly and helpful."
