"The property is walkimg distance to the Payne Arena. So if you have a concert there it is very convenient. The breakfast was basic. The only bad thing is there was no microwave in the room so that was a big problem!"

There really isn't anything in Hidalgo itself. You need to go to McAllen for food or shopping but this hotel is perfect to stay at while attending anything at the State Farm Arena and it worked for us.
