"This property didn't have great reviews, and the photos didn't do it justice, this exceeded our expectations! the restaurant was excellent staff were friendly, and the layout makes for lots of private nooks to eat and hang out in. Great location, you can walk down to the beach and river."

"Owner was a super kind guy. Room was small, dirty and full of bugs. Felt very over priced. Restaurant had good food, hard to communicate as no staff speaks english but its understandable! No shuttle or way to transport into town. We had to hitch hike and we ended up leaving early cause it was so inconveniently located. Place has lots of potential. Could be a super rad get away/ party place with some love. "

"Gino was very helpful. Room was ok but tired. We had to have Gino take our luggage up the hill in his 4 wheel drive truck. The town is dumpy with narrow dirt road. Dinning was fine. Snorkeling was great, BUT it requires a 1.5 hour ride each way in open water in a 20’ boat. On the way out we sat in the front of the boat. About every 5 minutes the boat smash down with me wondering if the boat and my back were going to break. Sit in the back of boat! "

"We stayed in one of the larger cabins and had a wonderful, laid back Panama beach stay! We loved our cottage, being on the beach, relaxing in our hammocks on the porch, and chatting with the lovely waiter when we had our meals. The meals were great, too! This is a fun, relaxing place to stay when you just want to kick back and live on a beach! Can't wait to stay longer next time!"

"The staff, especially Elena, was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The place is comfortable, quiet at night and close to all the restaurants in town. Our reservation said "you will pay at the hotel..." but the hotel tried to charge us in advance, my card was declined so they cancelled the reservation. They claim they have tried to contact me. I asked why they did not contact Hotels.com, who could have sent me an email, and they said hotels.com did not pick up the phone. So they just cancelled my reservation. "Loved this stay. The rooms are so unique they were all built with bamboo. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner is very attentive he gave us a ride to town a few times when we needed it. Also, can help book tours."
