Area opens to lower deck with picnic table, smoker/grill, and stunning mountain views. Please note that game room and outdoor areas are not childproofed; children should be supervised.
PICKLE BALL: Paddles, balls, and a bag are provided for you to play at the beautiful Hiawassee pickleball courts just two miles away on Lake Chatuge.

• The property features various decks on both levels, each offering stunning views of the surrounding area.

• Guests can relax on the swinging bench with a view or enjoy outdoor seating and dining on the upper and lower decks, all illuminated by outdoor lighting for evening enjoyment.

Security: We have active cameras overlooking the driveway and front areas. These devices are on the exterior of the property for safety purposes, no cameras inside or focused on any interior section of the home.

We are not managed by an outside vendor or property management company. We're here for you, we personally check our properties routinely, we add the personal touch, and we're happy to make recommendations and suggestions when asked. We're here for you before and during your stay.
