This beautiful restored farmhouse is indeed adjacent to an apple orchard where a herd of cows graze. The owner has taken care to respect the nature of the building in order to recreate an atmosphere of yesteryear. River fishing near the cottage. The cottage is also well located away from the beaches and the seaside resort of Agon-Coutainville.

La campagne proche de la mer
Très vielle bâtisse restaurée. 2 grandes chambres à l'étage, grand séjour, cuisine séparée bien équipée. Logement propre et bien équipé. Cours avec portail. Environnement champêtre à environ 5 km d'Agon Coutainville. Tout près du magnifique Havre de Régneville (mais pas de vue directe). Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire. Idéal pour un séjour reposant un peu en dehors de l'agitation du bord de mer.
