"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. "I was so happy with my accommodations. Looked exactly like the photos and I was in the heart of Antwerp. Stayed a week and I’d stay a week again! So clean, the management communicated with me with ease. It was a thrill to walk out my door and wander, but also to come back to my little home away from home and sip wine and people watch from my little living room. Five out of five stars!"

Uiteindelijk moest de onderbuurman komen om een de switch in zijn garage weer om te zetten.
