"Respassa ei aluksi ollut ketään. Lopulta kun henkilökunta saapui, oli palvelu mukavaa. Kortti kone ei toiminut. Saimme eri huoneen, mitä varauksen kuvan perusteella olimme varanneet. Huone oli ihan ok, äänet alakerran aamupalahuoneesta ja ravintolasta kuului. Aamulla poistuessamme henkilökunta oli tyly. Kokemussa paljon negatiivista, mutta kaikki sujui silti ihan ok. Hinta-laatu suhde on hyvä."
