This brilliantly presented 1 bedroom self-sufficient Villa is well positioned beside to the swimming pool in the complex, close to the beach, Shops, Restaurants and Cafes in Urangan and is perfect for that couples get away. With a relaxed atmosphere, laze around by the swimming pool or just sit on the verandah with a glass of wine and watch the wildlife.

The Villa features:

- Fully equipped Kitchenette
- Dining table and chairs
- Smart TV,
- DVD Player & DVD's
- 1x Queen Bed + 1x Single bed
- Reverse Cycle Air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan
- Bathroom with toilet, shower and Washer/Dryer Combo

Relax on the Veranda overlooking the lake with plenty of wildlife to photograph or purchase feed from the Office.

Strictly No Pets, as there is wild fauna that resides at the property.

This is a No Smoking Inside property, ash tray is provided for outside use only.

Linen is provided just bring your beach towel.
