"Der Aufenthalt war schrecklich!!! Wir hatten drei Nächte gebucht, sind aber nach der ersten Nacht abgereist. Wir wären eigentlich sofort wieder abgereist, mussten jedoch auf eine Hochzeit und hatten großen Zeitdruck. Das Haus schimmelt. es ist feucht und dreckig. Warmes Wasser gibt es nur in der Dusche und dort ist der Wasserdruck so miserabel, dass man kaum das Shampoo aus den Haaren bekommt. Im Haus befinden sich keine Rauchmelder, wie vorgeschrieben! Wir hatten nach der ersten Nacht...

"Er staat een foto van het appartement met vrij uitzicht de foto van binnen de slaapkamer staat dat je uitzicht hebt over de landerijen nou wij keken uit op een hek met stenen En zaten aan een doorgaande weg dus veel lawaai Ik had deze juist uitgekozen voor dat het rustig was en het uitzicht Dus ik denk dat jullie een andere foto erop moeten zetten bij EuroParcs staat ook weer een andere foto met een paar appartementen op een rij dan weet je niet welke je krijgt Dat is beter Mvg Heleen...

"The property is a bungalow in a park of 250 bungalows. The bungalow is not very new (and the photos aren't current either), and the furniture is basic, but okay. Well equipped with internet and electronics, but unfortunately all documentation is in Dutch. We were a bit disappointed of the surroundings, there are no hiking trails near, and one has to take the car to go for a walk. We were also unlucky that there was noise from building activity on the property next door."

"Our hosts made us feel very welcomed and accommodated our dropping our bags and roof top luggage before travelling down from Brussels to Bastogne for a day trip before settling in. Pascal was especially helpful in our planning of our few nights in the area, as well as organising food for New Year's Eve celebrations. "A very charming, cosy and well equipped country house in an idyllic location in the Belgian countryside - it was the perfect place for a wonderful reunion for three families from the UK and Australia. We all hope to repeat the experience one day! The easy accessibility to the lovely Dutch city of Maastricht was a bonus. We would highly recommend a stay here."

"Unterkunft war gut, bis auf die Sofagarnitur, diese war sehr fleckig und dreckig, so dass wir Laken drübergelegt haben, die Umgebung mit viel Spielmöglichkeiten an den verschiedensten Stellen und ein gut geführtes Restaurant waren positiv, viel Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen wieder"

"Heel mooi/knus huis in hartje Valkenburg in mooi (autovrij) straatje naast de kerk. Gezellige huiskamer met praktische open keuken- ruime en comfortabele slaapkamers (één eenpersoonskamer en wc op begane grond en de andere kamers op eerste en tweede verdieping). Prima uitgangspunt voor mooie wandelingen (bv door Gerendal). Het huisje ligt in het centrum maar -heel fijn- net buiten het gebied met terrasjes/cafeetjes/restaurantjes (en kerstmarkten in december) dus wel de lusten maar niet de lasten...

"Upon arrival the property did not have heat or hot water nor bedding for the second bed and they will not return my emails to try and correct the issue. I left immediately without staying and they will not refund me."
