Lovely apartment

A comfortable and well maintained property.
Our 2nd stay at this property. Enjoyed the quiet and swimming pool. For a self catering holiday the apartment is well equipped with all that you require. Only a short walk to the village and shops and the sea and beach. Visited other areas of Crete via bus excursions, which were well organized and interesting. Also enjoyed walking in the local countryside and hills.

Great property in a great location
We had a great week in Analipsi. The apartment is only 20 minutes drive from Heraklion airport, which is ideal for arriving late at night. We didn't use the pool onsite but it is only a few metres away. The beach is 5 minutes' walk away and the village of Analipsi has all local amenities such as shops and restaurants. The restaurants are good value and we didn't have a single bad meal. There is a larger Lidl about 15mins drive away. We hired a car which is definitely recommended if you are there for more than a few days. We did some day trips to places such as Matala, and also one to Santorini. The local beach in Analipsi is nice enough but as it is on the North coast, if there is any wind the sea gets quite choppy. Areas such as Ligalia beach (near Agia Pelagia) are not too far away by car and more sheltered. The apartment itself is very well equipped, compared to many self-catering places we have stayed in before. The balcony from the kitchen isn't too big, but it's big enough for eating and great for watching the sunset. The larger terrace is very comfortable and nicely sheltered from the sun during the day. There is air conditioning in the living room and also the bedroom. We stayed in early September so it was still very warm, meaning we had the a/c on for a bit at night to make sleeping more comfortable. If I had to be really picky (this is why I have given four stars and not five) - the owner requires you to leave the apartment exactly as you found it at the start. This means washing all the sheets, towels etc, as well as cleaning all the floors and so on. If you don't do this you get charged €50 for cleaning. You can avoid this fee by paying... €50 for a cleaner. It would be better to build cleaning into the cost of the stay itself. We would expect to sweep floors etc. but I don't really want to spend my holiday washing towels! Just remember to budget an additional €50. Otherwise a great holiday. Thoroughly recommended if you are looking for somewhere in Northern Crete.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem tollen Appartment von David sehr genossen. Morgens auf dem Balkon frühstücken, in dem gepflegten großen Pool einige Bahnen schwimmen, und später am Strand relaxen. Abends hat man die Wahl unter den zahlreichen Tavernen in Analipsi. Die Fewo hat eine ruhige Lage und ist dennoch zentral im Ort, nahe den Tavernen und Einkaufsläden. Zehn Fußminuten vom Strand und dadurch entfernt vom Trubel.

Sehr gute Lage , gute Ausstattung mit Pool ,es fehlte an Nichts . Netter Kontakt mit David und Elli , stets erreichbar für Tipps … Restaurants , Geschäfte , Strand alles in der Nähe und ohne Auto zu erreichen. Wobei ein Auto von Vorteil ist um die wunderschöne Gehend zu erkunden. Wir kommen definitiv werden. Es war nicht das 1. und letzte Mal dort👌😎☀️U&C aus H

Magnifiques vacances crétoises
Dès les premiers contacts, le propriétaire est particulièrement avenant, agréable et précis. Il est disponible pour répondre aux questions. Arrivés sur place, la procédure pour recevoir les clefs est très facile. Quel enchantement. L'appartement n'est pas conforme aux photos : il est bien plus beau. Le cadre est particulièrement calme, vue sur la mer et la piscine à couper le souffle. Tout est parfaitement bien agencé avec goût. Nous avons bien profité des deux superbes terrasses, la cuisine et la sdb sont super pratiques ... Rien ne manque. La climatisation est bien agréable, nombreuses chaînes tv, Wi-Fi stable et performant. Je terminerai en ajoutant que l'appartement est super bien situé, avec un emplacement de parking réservé et toutes les commodités à quelques minutes : bars, restaurants, supermarché, pharmacie, point bancaire ... et la plage. Vous l'aurez compris : nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cet endroit. Et nous espérons bien pouvoir y retourner. Vous pouvez réserver en toute confiance.

Beautifull appartment with nice view and swimmingpool.
The stay was very nice. The appartment was superb, nice view and nearby sea and restaurants. everything we wanted. Crete is also very beautifull, we went around by rental car all over the island. Great holiday with our family.

A perfect location in May
The apartment was well equipped, clean and is situated in the small but kind village Analipsi with a good infrastructure (restaurants, shops, super markets). It has two balkony/terrace one with view to the sea. It is equipped with dish washer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, TV and all what is needed for a nice stay. The airport can be reached in 20 minutes by using a car. 15 minutes away by food there is a very good beach (Aposelemi Beach). In May not crowded. Interesting sites to visit: Isle Spinalonga from Plaka Beach, Aquarium, Heraklion. The service is great. We enjoyed the stay very well and recommend the location for sure. The large pool is nearby and very clean.

Super Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft von David war super sauber und schön eingerichtet. Als wir dort ankamen hat uns Nora in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt & erklärt. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt vom riesigen Balkon, der am Wohnzimmer gelegen ist. Wlan funktionierte auch gut und selbst die Fernseher waren mit Netflix ausgestattet für die Abendstunden. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Anlage, in der mehrere Wohnungen/Apartments sich befinden, wozu auch der Pool gehört. Hier hatten wir das Glück und konnten diesen alleine benutzen. Sowohl David als auch Nora waren super fürsorglich und haben sich sofort nach uns erkundigt, nachdem ein Erdbeben passiert ist. Alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft!

Wunderschöner zweiter Aufenthalt
Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft von David ( September 2019 und September 2021). Auch dieses Mal hat es uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist dicht (aber nicht zu dicht am Flughafen), gut gelegen für Ausflüge (mit dem Mietwagen), und super modern eingerichtet. Analipsi ist ein schöner Ort, touristisch nicht zu überlaufen aber dennoch sind viele Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, wir kommen sicher noch ein drittes Mal:-)

Soooo eine schöne Zeit in einer tollen Unterkunft
Mein Mann und ich waren 12 Tage in der Unterkunft (September 2019). Es hat uns sooo toll gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, die große Terrasse ist wirklich ein Traum. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Analipsi war genau der richtige Ort für uns. Nicht so riesig groß und überlaufen mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Souvenierläden. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen direkt am Flughafen gemietet und hatten diesen die gesamte Zeit. Die Fahrzeit zum Flughafen lag bei 25 Minuten. Ein privater Parkplatz gehört zur Unterkunft mit dazu. Weg zum Strand sind ca. 500 Meter. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt, wir waren eigentlich immer alleine dort:-) Die Kommunikation mit David und Thea war problemlos. Wir hatten leider beim Einchecken ein kleines Problem mit der Schlüsselbox, welches wir aber schnell lösen konnten (Theas Sohn kam dann um 22 Uhr mit dem Taxi und hat uns den Ersatzschlüssel gebracht- total nett). Kann man wirklich nur empfehlen, wir hatten dort eine ganz tolle Zeit, danke

Traumhaft!
Wir durften einen tollen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Apartment verbringen. In der sehr sauberen und gepflegten Wohnung haben wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu David ist sehr nett. Dank der genauen Beschreibung haben wir uns schnell zurecht gefunden. Die Betreuung und Reinigung durch Thea vor Ort ist sehr liebevoll . Die Wohnung bietet wie beschrieben jeden Komfort. Der Blick von den Balkonen und aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster ist ein Genuss. Fußläufig erreicht man den sauberen Strand (2 Liegen und Schirm 5-6 €), Tavernen (zu empfehlen: Marina) und Läden zum Bummeln. Probiert unbedingt die leckeren Raki- Sorten bei Katerina im Ventema! Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß... Wer etwas mehr erleben und sehen möchte, ist mit dem Mietauto schnell auf der New Road und erreicht sehenswertes (Knossos, Malia, Heraklion, ...)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause wohl gefühlt. Da der Flughafen nicht weit entfernt ist, hat man natürlich auch ein wenig den Fluglärm, der war aber für uns nicht so schlimm. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen, sofern sie frei ist:-) Ich wünsche allen einen schönen Urlaub.

Tolles Apartment, sehr gut gelegen!
Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2Kinder 11+13 Jahre )in diesem Apartment. Es war genug Platz für Alle, auch zum zurück ziehen. Es ist sehr schön und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rund um sehr wohl gefühlt und bedauern das wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Von vorne rein hat alles gut geklappt, die Schlüsselübergabe, die Einweisung mit der Infobroschüre über die Nutzung der vorhandenen Geräten war sehr hilfreich und für uns ganz einfach zu bedienen, wir haben uns schon fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir können es nur empfehlen, es ist besonders gut ausgestattet und alles ist vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die große Terrasse mit Meerblick ist sehr schön um zu relaxen. Die Lage ist gut, man kommt sehr schnell nach Heraklion oder auch relativ zügig zu tollen Stränden nahe Agios Nikolaos gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind genügend in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Nous sommes habitués à louer des appartements et celu-cii est l un des meilleurs où nous avons eu la chance de séjourner. Nous n avons manqués de rien durant notre séjour. Notre hôte Monsieur Bordas avait pensé à tout ainsi que Théa qui nous a réservé un très bon accueil. Nous nous sentions comme chez nous, l appartement est très bien équipé (linge de maison, de plage, machine à laver, fer à repasser, jeux et lecture pour les enfants). Les pièces sont spacieuses, les terrasses sont agréables pour y passer de bons moments conviviaux. La résidence est paisible, verdoyante et très propre. Place de parking privative. La piscine est face à l appartement, elle est grande et bien entretenue. Rien à redire sur ce bel appartement si ce n est l’envie d y retourner lors de notre prochain sejour dans cette belle île de Crète. Le village est calme, on n y manque de rien également : boulangerie, épicerie, restaurants... Merci à Monsieur Bordas de nous avoir accueillis dans sa résidence, il a fait de nous des vacanciers comblés :-)))) Je recommande ++++++

Top Lage, Top Wohnung !
Die Wohnung ist groß , sehr geschmackvoll angerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die größe Terrasse mit Blick auf dem Pool und auf das Meer ist sehr schatig und bequem. Die Klima Anlage ermöglicht ein erholsamen Schlaffen. Die gesamt Anlage ist ruhig und gut gepflegt. Analipsi liegt 20 Minuten von Heraklion und liegt ideal um Kreta kennen zu lernen. Der Strand ist einer der schönste der Nordküste. Viele kleine Laden und Restaurant im Dorf, das Meer ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr empfhelenswert für ein Ehepaar ohne Kinder.
