This place is top notch and perfect for families. The rooms are spacious with separate showers/sinks/bathrooms for adults and kids. The beds were clean, comfortable, and nice sized. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the amenities of home (plates, utensils, paper towels, etc). You have a full size fridge, microwave, oven, and dish washer. The living room also had plenty of room for everyone. The t.v. had many local and cable channels. You can control your own thermostat. High end shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided in the showers. The grounds were equally ideal with both an indoor and outdoor pool, game room for the kids (and adults), fitness room, and vending machines so you didn't have to walk to the convenience store. The establishment was able to honor an hour later checkout from 10 am to 11 am. Parking was in a garage under the building, but filled up at the end of the night. There was still plenty of parking on the grounds though. The outlet stores across the street were very convenient, as was the Red Robin, Wendy's, Dunkin Donuts, and Starbucks all within a short walking distance. The resort is also literally less than a mile from the park. You can walk there, but driving is more ideal, especially with the hot weather. The only downside of the resort is its close proximity to a railroad track. Several times every day/night, it will pass by and sound its whistle. Our first night there, the whistle woke and startled me from a dead sleep. Overall A++++
