Shopping, restaurants, swimming, hiking in the forest, nature centers, grocery store all very close. Also close train to visit Munich and other cities. "This was a perfect property for our family of 6 (4 kids aged 9-15 and two adults)! There was plenty of room and could comfortably sleep even 7. We had a lot of fun with the foosball table, kids had fun with the bunkbeds and we used the kitchen to cook a couple meals. "The house is lovely! It is really comfortable, big livingroom and bedrooms with good bathroom and kitchen that has everything you want. There is a lot of outside space. The house is nicely decorated, the owners have clearly done much more that the minimum. It really feels like staying in a friend's house. The location is great. "Ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen, Bauernhof wenig idyllisch, da Landfahrzeugsbetrieb, daher keine schöne Umgebung. Ferienhaus nur teils renoviert, die alten Fenster ließen sich nicht kippen nur ganz öffnen, Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Garten und Seegrundstück leider ungepflegt. "The welcome given by Frau & Herr Hirt was wonderful witha full tour of the house and explanation of the appliances. I don't think we have ever staed ina house so well equipped with such a well stocked larder. The village itself is not particulalry picturesque (apart from the church), but it has plenty of grocery stores and catching the train to Augsburg or Munich was really easy."
