"First, as travelers from the US, we are used to having a lot of space. This house had plenty of it and it was perfect for our family of 6. "This a a truly delightful stay. We were here during the Christmas week with our two boys. The house is less than five minutes walk from the Eguisheim village center and it was a very convenient place and with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. This area is also a good base to visit other parts of Alsace and the Black Forest region of Germany and even parts of Switzerland such as Interlaken. "

"8 of us stayed and found the property exactly as detailed. Bedrooms were all large with comfortable beds and excellent bedding, bathrooms with great showers. Really well equipped inside and out with good quality throughout. Brilliant location - 15min walk to town centre, 2 mins to large Leclerc, great for a base to explore the wine route. We were delighted with our 4 night stay and great communication with our host Jean Claude 👍"

"We share the positive reviews of many aspects of this property. It's very spacious (although the swing of some doors cause odd pinch points). We were only three, and would have used only the ground floor but for an issue (see later). The kitchen is well equipped, the induction stovetop was great to cook on. The location is properly noted, but Marie's L'épicerie in the village was closed for August vacation. (Which I imagine is an annual event.) That meant we needed to drive 6+ km for morning...

"Our apartment was definitely a lot more dated than the one shown in the Hotels.com pictures, so that’s a bit misleading. Second room with the bunk bed actually had no window for example. However, for an overnight stop to accommodate five people I think the ResidHotel still offers good value. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The lad at reception could not have been more helpful, and the location is pretty good. We also used their secure onsite parking. "
