"We spent 2 nights at the Edgecumb Arms for a family reunion. The room was superb, with great views over the Tamar. It was very well appointed. The English breakfast was delicious and copious and the staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. Bonus point - we were able to able to bring our dog. Amazing walks in the Edgecumb park which is one minute away or alongside the river Tamara. This was our second stay and will happily stay again in the future. "

"We had a lovely overnight stay at this inn. The room was great , very clean , quality fixtures and fittings. Bed very comfortable, quality bed linens. Spacious ensuite , plenty of hot water with good water pressure in the shower. Showe gel , shampoo and towels all provided. We had a lovely meal in the evening , 3 course special menu was great value. Great breakfast provided in the morning. Team at the inn were friendly and welcoming. Full of character "

"Lovely old hotel in the heart of the village , roaring fire , great menu and if like me you are a coeliac you are well catered for . Parking just around the corner and very cheap Very clean room , everything needed . Excellent breakfast and so friendly , we will return "

"The Bugle Inn is the oldest building in the area. We had our evening meal in the bar, the food was lovely, good portions size, nicely presented. We had a good night's sleep, the beds were comfy, the shower was hot. We did find a cobweb. Breakfast was a full cornish and was lovely. "

" We stayed at The Port William Friday and Saturday night in January. We choose this place due to its location to the coast and its positioning right at the side of Trebarwith Beach and the promise of a sea view and relaxing atmosphere. We were not disappointed! This is a lovely spot right on the SW Coast Path and only a few miles walk into Tintagel. The rooms were small but cosy and more than adequate for our stay. "A pub with rooms does NOT cover the Cornish Arms - it is very friendly, good atmosphere and location, but the rooms are spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very good value for money. Great facilities, great food, great staff. We will certainly stay here again!"

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was very good. Top tip: sit on the green by the river with takeaway fish and chips and a drink. Lovely. The rooms are a little basic but fine. Location is quiet with lots of great walks around the area. Free parking next to the pub. "

"Tucked away in a quiet little corner of the bay I wasnt sure what to expect. The inn is lovely, clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, and couldnt have been more helpful. The food and drink on offer were delicious. The room was great, well appointed and perfectly clean and tidy. I will definitely return!"

"Great find, extensive car park, very comfortable room with everything you need and a lovely touch was a decanter with a little sherry in for a pre dinner tipple. Food was good with an extensive menu and friendly helpful staff. All in all a great 2 night stay in this lovely hotel. Ideally situated for Eden project visit, would definitely recommend."
