"Because VRBO made it impossible to update my email address, I did not receive the latest news from the owner that she had changed the code on the door lock. That meant calling to get help before we could enter. because we were there in the off season, we were able to park in a space near the unit. In high season having to park 3blocks away is not ideal. Unit very clean and comfortable. entrance not welcoming. "

"My spouse and I recently spent our Thanksgiving holidays in this little gem in the heart of downtown Brunswick. We were immediately made to feel welcome by Susan, and the houses felt like home to us. Thoughtful amenities were everywhere. There was a great reading selection - art, music,literature, vintage children's books. Best of all for me was the baby grand Steinway tucked away and ready to play. So cozy and warm. We will be returning for sure. Carol & Peter"

"What a great property. Exceeded our expectations… great customer service and the personal touches were the cherry on the top. We were in for a family get-together and this property offered us a home away from home. Even though we had a huge group (4 kids) it was a perfect fit. The hosts were top-notch. Thank you!"

"Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and stocked to get you started. Conveniently located to town and the Botanical Gardens. Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and play. It has a beautiful view of the cove but is very rocky. This didn't stop us from hunting hermit crabs and catching fish. The house is old but that gives it the Maine charm. "
