"We needed a base of operations for a 3 day rock festival and this home exceeded our needs. Much larger than anticipated - we didn't need or use all the bedrooms. 4 bedroom home in a tranquil setting. The home feels secluded even though surrounded by homes. "Overall a quiet, clean, and cozy place to stay that was conveniently located very close to my job site. There were only a couple minor hiccups at no fault of the host. During the check-in process the automated VRBO email had a broken web link so I contacted the host who was very responsive. The other hiccup was with the electrical outlets. "My experience was overall very good. A couple things weren’t available due to it being out of service (coffee machine broken) and/ or not available (no water dispenser). During check-in the service employee was very friendly but he had really bad body odor which was not great to experience. "

"We moved out one hour after checking in. Sketchy place all around with suspicious people. Noisy because it’s by the road. Smells moldy and didn’t want to use the shower because it’s not clean. Door lock seems broken couple of time. We are glad we didn’t stay overnight. "
