"The service, cleanliness and decor were first rate. We had booked a luxury sea view room and the view was gorgeous. Unfortunately the room was tiny with only room for the bed and one small chair - we did not feel that particular room (226) represented good value for money (£1491 for 3 nights). Reception said they had no other room available. Other rooms were much more spacious. The help received when one of our phones was lost while out in Hermanus, including a late checkout, was outstanding."

We could see the sea from our windows and loved being able to cross the road and be on great walking paths both directions along the ocean. We were walking distance to all the restaurants and shops.
