The apartment 11 is a very modern three - room apartment on the lake side, it is located in the 3rd floor. Noise pollution due to construction work is only to be expected in the case of work directly in front of the property. Reductions are granted depending on the harassment.

The 11C is a modern three-room non-smoking apartment in the attic of Villa Caprivi (no elevator), which was renovated in 2016 and has a modern fitted kitchen and a shower. Fitted wardrobes in all rooms provide plenty of storage space for the guests' clothing.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
