This spacious, beautiful holiday home welcomes its guests with a tasteful modern furnishing. The 75 square meter three-room apartment is on the first Floor and offers great comfort. The spacious light-filled living room has a cozy sitting area with flat screen TV, CD / DVD player and radio. A large dining table invites you to common meals. The small balcony, which is accessible from the living room, that embraces the sun all day. The full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, p. p. is also integrated in the living area open. Both bedrooms have a double bed with separate mattresses (80 or 90 x 200, continuous topper) and a wardrobe. Throughout the living and sleeping areas of the old floorboards were lovingly refurbished and sprayed special flair. The modern bathrooms, each affiliated with one bedroom, you will find vanity / toilet and a bathtub or a shower. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. To get to the beach, follow - with the house in the back - the Delbrückstraße about 50m to the left. At the intersection, keep left and go into "Liehrstraße". From here you can reach the promenade and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach after about 100m.   A washing machine is available for a fee and is located on the ground floor immediately after entering the villa. You can park your own or borrowed bikes in an open bike rack. Guests of apartment 4 is a separate, lockable bike shed available. 1 parking space on the property is assigned to each apartment with the appropriate number.  Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. We have no influence on the data, the speed or the condition of the network operation. Please note that the performance of internet connections on the island of Usedom may not be up to your usual level.
