Eine Ferienwohnung, die man weiter empfehlen kann. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Zu erwähnen wäre vielleicht, dass nur der Wohnbereich sich im unteren Bereich der Wohnung befindet und der Rest im Obergeschoss, wo man auch die Wohnung betritt. Langschläfer sollten wissen, dass ab spätestens um acht Verkehrslärm und schließen von Autotüren zu hören ist.

Zweifelhafte politische Äußerungen des Vermieters
Der Vermieter hat uns leider mit seiner demokratiefeindlichen politischen Haltung belästigt. Auf eine diesbezügliche Beschwerdemail gab es leider keine Antwort. Wäre ein entspannterer Urlaub ohne diese Störung gewesen.

Schönes großes Objekt
Ferienwohnung in einem schönen neu gebaut Haus. In den unteren Stockwerken sind ein Allgemeinarzt und ein Zahnarzt. Es gibt einen separaten Parkplatz und eine abschließbare Hütte zum Abstellen der Fahrräder. Bis zum Strand sind es zehn Minuten zu Fuß.

ein traumhafter Aufenthalt
Wir haben die Wohnung mit drei Senioren und einem dreijährigen Kind genutzt. Durch die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung konnte sich jeder in seinem Bereich störungsfrei aufhalten. Gerne haben wir aber auch zusammen in der toll ausgestatteten Küche gesessen oder die Balkone genutzt. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung sollte erweitert werden um den Hinweis, dass diese über das Innenhaus und zwei Treppen erreichbar ist. Wir würden diese Wohnung in unserem Familien- und Freundeskreis empfehlen.

Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, Ausstattung wunderbar, Umgebung mit Nachteilen
Wir waren zu viert in der Ferienwohnung (Kinder 14, 10). Der Platz war ausreichend, die Ausstattung sehr gut, die Ferienwohnung ist gepflegt und mit Ausnahme einer Waschmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Ein Waschsalon ist fußläufig, so dass man die fehlende Waschmaschine für einen Urlaubsbedarf unproblematisch ausgleichen kann. Einziger Nachteil ist die unmittelbare Umgebung der Ferienwohnung. Im Ort selbst gab es viele Baustellen, so dass der Verkehr über den direkt vor dem Haus befindlichen Kreisel geleitet wurde. Die Lautstärke mit Tagesanbruch in den Abend hinein hat den Erholungswert deutlich geschmälert. Strand, Ortskern, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Seebrücke, Świnoujście sowie die anderen Kaiserbäder sind fußläufig oder mit dem Rad sehr gut zu erreichen.
