In the commune of Herbignac, we offer this charming 90 m² house with shared swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a pretty 49 m² living room (with fireplace), a separate fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 32,000 m².

The accommodation comprises :

Ground floor
- 49 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, fireplace and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

First floor
- Bedroom 2 : A queen-size bed (160×200) with an en-suite shower room and WC and a 10 m² balcony overlooking the pond.
- A sleeping area with a single bed

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- An unheated 10 m x 5 m swimming pool, shared with another property, open from May/June to September (opening dates non-contractual).
- An enclosed, private, west-facing garden of around 300 m².
- Approximately 32,000 m² of grounds
- A first-floor balcony of approx. 10 m2 with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A tennis court
- A petanque court

The house is ideally located in Herbignac, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- The first beach is 9 kilometres away
- Penestin and its beautiful beaches 15 km away
- There are many historic towns to visit in the area : Guérande, le Croisic, Vannes, la Roche-Bernard.
- The seaside resort of La Baule, Le Pouliguen and Pornichet can be reached in 30 minutes.

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the car park outside the house.

- The fireplace is functional and wood is available for occasional fires.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of 15 euros per pet per stay. One pet per stay.

All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to concierge availability. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
