"Ich hatte ausführlichen chat mit Euch. Es wurden drei Übernachtungen abgebucht. Obwohl 2 nur zwei Buchungen gibt. Wurde mir auch vom Hotel bestätigt. Ich werde es nicht akzeptieren und wenn keine Rückvergütung erfolgt bin ich kein Kunde mehr, Werde alles stornieren und auch Visa verständigen"

"Great value for money, perfectly clean and tidy. The room and all amenities seemed to be in a really good condition. Located directly at the train station. Nothing negative about our stay at the GINN!"

"What a great experience! Loved the hotel and the restaurant onsite. The room was a great size for our family of four."

"New hotel, that was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the centre of the town and 5 mins to the train station. Family room had a bunk bed and a double bed. Only bad thing is that the floors seemed thin as we could hear the child moving around the door above. If travelling alone the walk to the town involved a walk through an underground tunnel. We found no issues but it could put off a women on her own. There are alternative routes to town, but slightly longer."

"Unfortunately the spa was closed for cleaning while we were there, but the room and restaurant were very nice. Staff was helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Good breakfast with lots of options. The grounds are very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the spa."
