"This is a new Villa which is very close to the beach 5 mins walk, Set in a quiet street, usually but we had a building being put up next to us so it was noisy and dusty. This will be completed soon so should not cause a problem in the future. It would benefit from some better sun chairs for the garden, Also the security deposit is much higher than anywhere I have been in France. "This a a wonderful place to stay, very comfortable in all areas, plenty of outside furniture around the pool. It's quite a climb up from the town (conversely an easy downhill walk into town which takes 10 mins). The upper terrace offers a wonderful view of the whole bay, the beach is an easy bus ride away or a slightly longer walk. We felt the handover was a bit rushed though, however communication with the owner was, on the whole, good."

"Property was in great condition and modern. Loved the artwork and the aircon!Very secure and safe. Quiet and relaxing surroundings with a lovely common swimming pool. Ants were a problem initially but adding to the pest control discs sorted them out."
