"The Pros: This is a brand new trailer that's very nice, it has a great porch, fire pit, lake view and small pond to fish in. There's also a swing, baby pack-n-play and pretty much everything you could need. We even had some deer walk right past us one evening. The Cons: The exterior isn't kept up to the same standards the interior is. Spent a half hour cleaning the front porch before we could use it. "Wife and I stayed here for two nights. It was a great rustic getaway. Remote location in the middle of the woods, so expect to drive on a gravel road and then a very short stint on dirt. For as remote as it seems, the cell service was still good (AT&T), and I was able to hotspot and stream on the TV (there was no wifi). Just realize that you are booking a literal treehouse, so expect some creaky floors, etc. Kitchen is small but has the essentials. Water pressure was a little low, but the water...

The free kayaks were a great addition and we really enjoyed our time on the lake.
