"This house has EVERYTHING you could ever need and more! The accommodation is spacious and immaculately clean. We are a family of 5 adults, a 12 year old and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for us all. The garden is totally enclosed and private with a hot tub, undercover seating areas and uncovered areas too. A bbq. A games room with pool table, table football, darts and loads of other board games. "Wij waren afgelopen week (11-9 t/m17-9) in Buchfink74 en hebben genoten ondanks het bewolkte en koude weer. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer compleet uitgerust. De verhuurders, Claudia en Uwe waren zeer attent en reageerden binnen een half uur."

"We enjoyed our stay. It is a spacious place and a good location. We walked to the Mainz Fußball stadium for a game. We bought pastries at the gas station across the street in the mornings. We walked to the Mewe grocery store around the corner. Our only complaints were that there was no washing machine as listed, no WiFi or internet as listed, and no responses from host during our stay. "

"Wir durften 10 Tage in diesem wirklich sehr schönen Haus verbringen. Alles war tiptop sauber, schön eingerichtet und auch gut ausgestattet. Fantastisch war der riesige Garten und die überdachte Terrasse. Die Lage von dem Haus ist perfekt. In nur 3 min zu Fuß ist man am Bahnhof und hat von dort sehr gute Anbindung an viele Ziele in der Umgebung. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation klappte einwandfrei von Anfang bis Ende. Können dieses Haus nur wärmstens...

"Neighborhood in Mainz was delightful! Sleeping arrangements as advertised - two bedrooms which sleep 2 each on 2nd floor, and one bedroom with other beds/futons on top floor. Kitchen was a bit underequipped compared to our other European VRBO experiences - no vegetable peeler, no saucepans smaller than multiple gallon, very minimal spices. Kitchen not really equipped to cook. Backyard is NOT AS ADVERTISED - overgrown and unkempt waist high grass made it unusable except patio and table directly...

"The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya.
