"Unit is self contained so no contact required with owners/staff. I received instructions the day we arrived on how to access the room as we were going to arrive after 8pm, so not sure if we had arrived earlier if that would have been different. We didn’t order breakfast but I understand it arrives by basket and is left outside. Nice room/apartment set back from Sint Paulusplaats. Easy to find from Antwerpen Centraal Station. We took trams 10 and 7 with a change at Nationale Bank. Close to bars...

"This is a very nice B&B, no far from restaurants and the coast. The hosts are very warm and welcoming. Rooms are charming, clean and tidy and well-maintained. Breakfast is good. Breskens is well-connected by train via Vlissingen to the rest of the Netherlands, and by bus to Bruges and west Belgium, and is a nice base to explore Zeeland from."

"Fantastic!! This was our favourite hotel!! We were travelling for three weeks so stayed in many places but this one stood out from them all. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The decor was perfect. The host provided us with a map of the area and restaurants which was super helpful. My husband unfortunately needed a doctor during our stay and the host got us an appointment with the local doctor within an hour!!! The breakfast was...

"Nothing to pick, I love this hotel so much. And I love the taste from the property owner so bad, from all the art piece she bought to the smell inside are so exquisite. I was so surprise there only have 4 rooms in total in this hotel and each of them are in different design with good-taste living interior and items. I was living the top floor , super cozy & quiet and got a nice rest, bed and bathtub are excellent. Staffs are so nice and helpful , last to highlight the breakfast here are fabulous...

"Nice room in an old converted building. Room is very nice except is on upper floor without lift. The owner is very nice, made a pot of tea for me every afternoon. Neighborhood is so so, a lot of renovation going on, with a tatoo studio very near by, a lot of people with tattoo hanging around. But the location is excellent, very near the old town center. It was a little hard to find, the only sign is on this plain looking door with very small words by the street number."
