"Dirty Room, not cleaned properly at any time during the stay, they never made the bed once in a week, lazy cleaning staff, breakfast was very poor, no choice, take it or leave it, no coffee at breakfast, had to supply our own. Small pool, never used it as the water was dirty. Spa tub on the room balcony, never used it as no privacy. Overall the place does not live up to the Hotel.Com overview."

"We had to wait outside the gate under hot sun with no waiting or lobby area. We called the number in the name card provided at the gate but it took too long to respond. After the manager called to inform that they will be coming in 15minutes to open, I was appalled to find out how unfriendly and unpleasant the staff treated us as guests.
