"The room was very clean and loved that they have removed the carpet and replaced it with the LVP flooring. We stayed 3 days and the staff was very helpful and friendly the entire stay. Our autistic son had an accident in the bed over night and they were great about coming in to room, changing out the bedding and giving our room a fresh once over with fresh towels and mopping of the floor. The only 4 we gave them was for the toilet in the bathroom. The handle is cracked and it makes a high pitched squeal when you flush, but that was something we can work through. Thank you Quality Inn and Staff for making our stay wonderful!! "

"We loved everything about the property and check in/out process was easy and smooth. Beautiful cabin and rustic feel. As an avid hunter, none of the taxidermy was an issue for our family but a little surprising as the online listing didn’t show nearly the amount that was present but just added to the cabin feel. If I had one concern would have been the shoulder mounts that were on the floor awaiting for clients to pick up from their hunts. They were off to the side but was just something we had to make sure the grandchildren didn’t touch especially with being clients shoulder mounts. This by no means is a negative comment on the property, just a concern from our stay. "

"The loft far exceeded our expectations. It is very large and comfortable. We were concerned it might be loud overlooking Main Street, the bedroom was very quiet at night. The kitchen was adequately equipped and we prepared several meals. We are originally from Owosso and returned for 3 nights for holiday events and to take our family on the North Pole Express. The location is ideal to walk around downtown and we could walk to the train. Our family came in for Saturday afternoon allowing time for the little ones to stretch their legs and get something to eat before heading to the train. They returned to the loft after, again for the little ones to get ready for their drive home near Detroit. We will definitely stay again whenever we are in Owosso. "

"If I could have bottled up the ooohs and ahhhhs of our children as we walked into our VRBO.... What a wonderful way for us to kick off the holiday season in Owosso! We had everything we needed - and then some - at our stay. Comfortable, spacious, exactly as pictured, and just the right amount of 'fancy' for our little family. Also, we have to know what air freshener was in the hallway - YUM! Would 10 out of 10 stay here again! "

"Oh, it was such a cute home. It was clean in a nice neighborhood and a cute little town. We were there for a very short time but everybody had a great time for everyone. Lots board games are record player music. The showers were so nice thank you thank you you"
