"I would go back. Staff was very friendly and tried very hard to make my stay enjoyable. Minus one star because I had to go buy an electrical adapter and I got lost looking for the laundry. Also, couldn’t find the hair dryer or room safe till the last day. Breakfast was tasty and the lady in the breakfast area was super friendly and took pride in her work. Rooms were very clean and bed comfortable. Loved my balcony overlooking the city. One lovely staff member even went to the store to buy...

"The hotel is a little farther from City Centre than I thought but it was very quiet and close to bus stops to get around. Loved the sauna on the property and the rooms were spacious and very clean. "

"El shuttle que ofrecen no estaciona en un área de fácil acceso para los pasajeros con equipaje, se tiene que caminar al otro lado de la calle y el hotel no ofrece ayuda para trasladar el equipaje ni al área de shuttle ni a las habitaciones. Deben indicar que no tienen estas facilidades."
