"Perfectly fine hotel, near airport. I thought the restaurant was expensive with few reasonably priced options. That was the only fault."

"Great hotel location close to underground station. Room was spacious enough and had great lighting and space to put our things out on. Beds were comfortable..only negative comment is a draft from the a/c right above the bed. Great closet with lighting! We would stay there again!"

"The hotel is literally a five minute walk to Kensington Palace, the lovely park and several stores (including Whole Foods). But the staff (the lovely concierge staff 💕) were magnificent!!! The hotel is SPOTLESS!!! The staff was so welcoming, friendly and assisted me prior to me arriving. The hotel transportation is worth every penny, and the breakfast was so filling and delicious. I will be back and highly recommend this hotel. "

"I particularly liked the friendliness of the staff in answering questions about the area which was new to me. The hotel was excellent and, for London, reasonably priced and a delicious, substantial breakfast in addition. I would recommend staying there to anyone seeking a quiet hotel in an area with its own beauty ( try Little Venice within strolling distance) and good transport links to the West End and further afield. A real find! "
