"Guest house property is attached to main house but separated by fence in the back. Nice firepit area and back deck. House is very clean and nice. We didn't use the gas fireplace, but that would be nice when it's cold out. Host even left us snacks - very nice touch. It's a little drive from Nashville / Brown County State Park, but that is nice to be away from the crowds."

"We came for an IU football weekend. Everything was just as described. The host was a very good communicator prior to the trip. The apartment was clean and met all our needs."

"We had a great stay at this guest house just a short and easy drive outside of Bloomington. Very quiet location on a country road east on State Road 46. The guest house with 2 rooms and a full size bathroom (standup shower) was plenty of space for 2 of us as we visited our student at IU. We unfortunately did not have much time to spend in the space or using the outdoor area, as we spent most of the weekend in Bloomington, but I would recommend to anyone looking for either a close-by...

"It was so peaceful, quiet, secluded, close to shopping and activities, and the hosts where so responsive and kind. Definitely will be staying again."

"All and all, the property was as advertised. It’s location to downtown Nashville was a real plus. Beautiful view off the back deck. Spotless accommodations. Comfortable beds. Good WiFi. All the comforts of home except for no decent cutlery, plates or saucers available in a unit advertising a kitchenette with a microwave and toaster oven, No way to prepare even the simplest meal. Otherwise, a nice stay."
