Some disappointing lapses
"The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. Some things were surprising though in a hotel of this quality - the curtains not being of sufficient quality to keep out any of the bright sunlight, the only way to turn on the fan was by climbing up on the bed, the tv remote not working. ..."

"Läget var bra och det fanns det jag behövde för en längre vistelse, men det var dammigt och föregående gästs hår i duschen vilket jag tyckte var äckligt. Tillsammans med att det var lyhört gör det att jag nog inte återvänder."
