An amazing hotel and location
An outstanding hotel - cant fault it in any way! Great staff, amazing outer harbour pier location, brand new building and interior, beautiful sauna at the 12th floor - with stunning ocean and city views. Breakfast absolutely delicious and freshly made

Our stay could not have been better. The staff, the facilities, the amenities, the location, the price, etc. Everything was quite nearly perfect. Absolutely cannot wait to stay here again. So much so, I hope to have a known favorite room for every booking from here on. Amazing stay.

Ligegyldigt, upersonligt hotel med ringe service.
Følte mig ikke velkommen. Folk i receptionen virkede fortravlet og ligeglade. Elendige parkeringsforhold. Vi måtte gå 800 meter i regn og storm for at nå p-pladsen, betalte en formue. Ingen skabe på værelset, ingen mulighed for at lave en kop te, eller få mad. Alt på hotellet var lukket 1. nytårsdag, efter morgenmad.

Fantstiskt fint hotell med vackert läge i hamnet. Relaxen på 12:e våningen var magisk! Nackdelen var hotellets garageparkeringen som var fruktansvärt trång. Dessutom tyckte nog hela frukosten var ganska tråkig.

Fräscht men krånglig frukost
Nytt och fräscht, trevlig personal, mysiga rum! Rekommenderar starkt förutom två saker som drar ner betyget: Parkeringen i anslutning var slutsåld och den som erbjöds låg 10 minuters promenad bort på en grusplätt, kändes inte säkert att gå där på natten. Det andra som drar ner betyget är att tid för frukosten behöver förbokas. Man får 40 minuters sittning och måste förboka exakt tid för frukost på minuten. Finns också risk att tiderna då man vill äta tar slut, i vårt fall fanns det mest ledigt väldigt tidigt. Detta gör att man inte kan sova ut och blir också väldigt stressigt för en barnfamilj. I övrigt ett toppenbra hotell! Frukosten i sig var jättebra.

Det var helt okej, rent och nytt osv, fräsch frukost. Dåligt tryck i duschen och rejäl insyn från grannarna. Krångligt att hitta med bil och lång omväg runt. Går man är det nära och bra till tåg och centrum.
