"Excellent service. It shows they have a rigorous training program. The rooms are clean. The furniture in the room is dated, not really 5 star material, but it doesn’t matter much when you receive such excellent service. Highly recommend it!"

"This hotel is just a short walk (5 mins) to the main Skanderbeg Square, and is in a quiet and safe location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with free toiletries and fresh, clean towels. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed talking to them. It's also got free, high speed Wifi, that's very reliable. I'd happily stay here again, and would recommend it to others without hesitation. Free bottled water is also provided at the front desk. "

"Overall the property is excellent, as are the staff. I did however feel that there was a 2-tier system, with my room, # 128 being in an 'old' wing. The room itself did not seem to belong with the rest of the hotel and did not convey a sense of 'luxury' in size or other attributes. It was directly above a party/ball room with thunderous noise at night. The window did not close securely and was next to a road, with horns from traffic. The small hot water heater allowed for about 4 minutes of hot...

"Good location short walk from town helpful staff, great coffee and extremely clean. Only issue was the bed wasnt very comfortable and the pillows were like rocks, otherwise it was excellent value for the money"

"From the moment that you enter the hotel, it’s like you’ve stepped into another world. The reception area is beautiful and likewise are the staff that greet you at the reception. My husband & i were given complimentary juices, which were delicious, and given an extensive and helpful run through of what to expect from the hotel experience. The staff were amazingly helpful. We stayed in the comfort double room which was large and clean. It had a balcony and complimentary slippers & toiletries....

"I recently had an extremely positive experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the clean and modern facilities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, contributing to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The vibe throughout the property was excellent, making for a truly enjoyable stay. "The location of this hotel is great. Close walking distance to everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. the towels were replaced everyday although we did not request that. Hotels seem to act eco friendly but most, like this one, replace and wash towels everyday. There is no elevator but it is an historic building. There is also too much smoking for our liking even though there are no smoking signs."

"This hotel is really nice. It’s very clean, rooms are large with a kettle, the bed is the comfiest ever, I can get English programs on TV, and it’s easy to walk to many places. Breakfast is excellent. The absolute standout with this hotel is the staff, I’ve never come across a hotel where the staff have been unfailingly helpful, friendly and really go out of their way for you. It’s a pleasure to see their smiling faces every day. I had an accident on the street and the staff helped me so very much. I will always be grateful to them. On top of this, the hotel has a cafe attached and the food is like home cooking, delicious and reasonably priced. Again the staff there are lovely, even the cleaning ladies in this hotel are lovely. I would always come back here."
