"Perfect spot to come back to after a day in downtown Cairo. Concierge was great at getting us a guide to the pyramids and Sphinx. We learned a lot and had a wonderful day. We walked all over the island and had a lovely dinner. Dinners and desserts on site were delicious. The ample breakfast buffet was more than we could possibly enjoy in one sitting so we were pleased to have three mornings to try everything. "

"I’m not quite sure where to begin, as this is my first time writing a review for a hotel or residence. Visiting Egypt for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury at Prime Residence. Its location is ideal—close to the airport and just a short distance from City Stars Mall. I was impressed by the design and cleanliness of the residence. The staff provided exceptional service, and I felt secure throughout my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I’m already looking forward to returning in June. Thank you for showing me that Egypt can be as luxurious as Dubai!"

"The hotel is amazing surrounded by beautiful restaurants, the staff are very nice and friendly, the rooms are big and spacious with an access to outdoor balcony, also there is a shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes, I’ll definitely go back."
