The lodging was lovely. Snacks and fresh blueberry muffins were great. We were able to visit and play games in a comfortable setting. And so close to downtown! We were able to easily walk so many places.

Wonderful, clean house with beautiful view
The owners could not have been nicer. She made brownies and breakfast pastries for us. The property was clean and well stocked. One night we forgot our key in the house and had locked ourselves out. She could not have been nicer even though we woke her at 10:45 at night.We will definitely come back again.

So many special touches
What a fantastic stay we had! Property was easy to find and close to where we needed to be. We arrived to so many special touches - freshly baked goods, amazing views, sweet hosts and a comfortable place to be for a few days. Helena apartment
We loved this place! It is a very clean and well maintained property with pretty landscaping and flowers outside around the deck and beautiful views out the living room window. Unfortunately we weren’t there much due to our hectic vacation schedule but when we arrived we were greeted with a pan of delicious brownies and muffins. It was a quiet and cozy place to relax after a busy day of vacationing. Check in and out was a breeze. We would highly recommend staying!

It’s all good
House was clean, attractive, up to date, spacious, and comfortable. The hosts were timely with communications and helpful directions and took the time and effort to include special extras like delivering homemade rolls. (Much appreciated!) The house had a large attractive patio and ample parking. I would gladly stay at this home again and recommend it to my friends.

Great place to stay with amazing hosts. We weren't there much due to the reason we were in town but they spoiled us with fresh brownies and cinnamon rolls, which we loved. Thanks for having the perfect VRBO.

Comfy Nest
Jim and Gail did a great job creating a pleasant home away from home. It was so well-appointed—washer and dryer, plenty of laundry detergent, nice dishes and utensils, shower necessities, toys and games if one had kids, they provided it all! Gail made us delicious cinnamon rolls one morning and brought us a quart of half and half for our coffee. The patio was lovely with blossoming plants and comfortable furniture. It was so peaceful and quiet there that I fell asleep on the lounge chair. The bed we used was snug and comfy. The location was great and one could walk to the sweet downtown area. There was also a vast trail system that one could start walking on right behind the house. We would definitely stay at their sweet home again when visiting Helena.

Delightful BnB - Very clean, no artificial fragrances!
Everything about this place was great, the location was perfect for my parents (in Helena, and on mountain trail access), absolutely clean, thoughtfully decorated, and fragrance free! There is a lovely, shaded deck, beautiful landscaping, and comfortable deck chairs and table. It is quiet, private, with plenty of parking space. The hosts are wonderful, and were very quick to respond to any questions we had. This place is a treasure of a BnB, and we will definitely book it again.

Amazing Helen stay
We absolutely loved staying here. It was clean, spacious, with wonderful views and really comfortable beds. It was such a nice touch with a treat basket upon greeting. The amenities are great: full kitchen, amazing standing shower, and laundry. The location was perfect for our trip. Super central on a quiet street next to fantastic trails. We loved staying here and it will definitely be at the top of our list when we come back to Helena! Thanks for the great stay!

Great Place, neat location.
We had to come to Helena to drop our son off at college. Our hope was a clean little place not far from the school. Well, this was a perfect place for our family stay, nicely kept and minutes away from everything including right down the street from the Capitol building. I'd recommend the place to anyone looking for a vacation rental. Nice owners and very accommodating.

Perfect getaway
Everything was perfect. They even had notes to advise on the area. Best note of all was the fact they left deer steaks in the freezer for us, awesome. Love this place!
