This modern townhome offers three levels with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and would be perfect for your family vacation. Relax in the hot tub on the lower deck or grill out and enjoy a meal on the screened in main porch. Enjoy a game of pool or darts in the common area downstairs or cuddle up in front of the gas logs in the living room. The main level of this property is also handicapped and wheelchair accessible.

Enjoy affordable golf in beautiful surroundings with views of the North Georgia Mountains. While staying at one of our delightful properties at Innsbruck, experience fine dining at the newest addition - the Valhalla Resort. Dining is open to the public (reservations recommended). Choose from Caledonia, casual fine dining or the Sky Bar, casual balcony restaurant. After a game of golf experience the relaxation of being pampered at the Valhalla Resort Spa. Gated Community - Home needs attention
The entire home needs to be updated and painted. The walk in shower on the bottom floor needs to have some repairs to the floor. The listing pictures must have been taken when the home was new or refurbished. Not the same condition as it is currently. The entire area where the listing is located is under construction, and workers are there most of the day. Not the peaceful vacation we were expecting. We rented another home in this same community a few years ago and loved it. Will rent that one again in the future.

Why This is Your Perfect Home Away From Home
Mountain and a back balcony tree view? Check Bedrooms with its bathroom? Check Bbq with a view to the woods? Check Hot tub where you can feel the forest and the birds? Check An amazing communication with the property manager who helped us with our arrival time accomodations and with every single answer we needed quickly? Checked A property 5 mins away from a magical bavarian town of helen and 7 mins away from the amazing Betty's grocery Store? Checked. Full equipped kitchen? Checked an urgent care 9 mins away just in case? Checked. And I could continue. We had the most peaceful stay at this lovely cabin/townhouse. If you want something in between city vibes and forest, this is your place. Ah, did I mentioned the game room? With a billiard? Checked!!!

Loved this place. It is a mile or 2 from everything in the main downtown area. The house is beautiful and decorated well. One of us is handicapped (me) and there is a ramp to the front door, and a full bedroom on ground floor. Bathroom has a roll in shower.

Much needed vacation
Absolutely loved the amount of space so we were not on top of each other. The jacuzzi was lovely especially with the amount of walking and hiking we did. Pool table kept us entertained while we were inside and the size of the grill worked for our group perfectly.

Overall nice house
Lacking basic kitchen supplies. Out dated coffee maker. There are 2 houses with the same address. We were not told if we were A or B. Lots of construction going on. We got whistled at many times. Didn’t enjoy the stare. Need to leave fireplace instructions as well as the incline from house to porch. We tripped many times.?

We really enjoyed the convenient location of this property. It was at the end of the street and very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the pool table was fun. We loved it that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Highly recommend!
