"Lovely property in heart of Exeter. Clean, warm, lovely room, big bed. Bathroom completely new with excellent water pressure but the shower had issues draining! Would recommend and would stay again. "

Also light from corridor through and under door. This made sleep a bit tough had to use towels to block it out . But DO NOT let this affect wheyher you stay here it was a lovely place and friendly staff. "

This is slightly dated hotel and the bathroom set up is unfriendly with a step into the bathroom and a huge step into the shower. The bed felt like a tiny double. It is conveniently located which is why it is so popular. Breakfast was a highlight, well laid out, plenty of space and fresh food "
