"Fantastic short stay, friendly hosts and room absolutely spotless"

"The property was clean but basic, which is fine as it is only meant to be a layover with easy access to Exeter airport. The front door was always being left unlocked and did not shut by itself so security is an issue that should be addressed. Key boxes are excellent but there should be some signage at the front boxes, or emailed instructions, to advise travellers of the whereabouts of the entrance."

"It has no restuarant or bar meals and nearest pub/eatery is miles away. Rooms are clean and recently painted but otherwise tired. Plumbing is a bit suspect."
