"One of the most pleasant hotel experiences ever. It is equipped to the last detail with comfortable and beautiful details. The cleanliness is impeccable. But that is only a small part of what makes this hotel special. What won me over the most was the approach of the entire staff, which is so warm and friendly that from the first minute in the hotel we felt like we were visiting our best friends."

"I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."
