In a 800-soul community in the Spessart, a rustic property with a large garden awaits nature-loving people who are looking for authentic holidays and a break from stress. In summer, two outdoor pools are available in 10-15 minutes away by car. Beautiful hiking trails with natural streams invite you to discover the area on foot or by bicycle. The region is known for catering Spessart delights of all kinds. In winter, the 3 km away nearby town boasts a small ski lift and a magnificent sleigh piste besides refreshment. Wood-burning stoves in the living room and in the kitchen care during the cold season for heat. The other rooms in the house are unheated. Especially for children it is exciting to see what it is like in the morning the stove with firewood to set in motion so that it will be warm in the house, or to stir the wood stove in order to prepare a meal. An electric stove is for cooking included. The house can accommodate 2-4 people with a double room and a two-bed room. The cozy living room with iron stove and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (with shower, washing machine and hot water) complete the picture. Towels and bed linen are provided.
